Order Processing and Shipment Times

In-Stock Items:
For products that are currently in stock, we aim to ship most orders on the same business day, provided the order is placed before 3:30 PM EST. Orders received after 3:30 PM EST will be processed the following business day.Depending on order volume, warehouse logistics, or other circumstances, shipping times may vary. In such cases, processing and shipment may take between 1-3 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to either wait for the item to become available or cancel the order for a full refund.
Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified or requested by the customer, all orders will ship via standard Ground Shipping. Delivery times for ground shipping vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days. -
Expedited and Alternative Shipping Methods:
If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select. These options can be selected at checkout or by contacting our customer service team before completing your order. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping services.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be displayed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping
At this time, Mobile Computer Solutions, Inc. only ships within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated at the time of checkout or upon request.
